For people ready to live a soul-led life in a soulless world.
Leave your email and you’ll be first to know when I open this up.
Daily meditation. Eight weeks sober. No TV. Minimal social media. One unified life. Driven by the voice of your soul. Full commitment.
If you’re looking for easy, this isn’t it. If you’re done pretending you’re satisfied with disconnection and surface level living, keep reading.
You may have done everything right.
Your degree. Your career. Your income. Your life that looks successful from the outside.
And yet — you feel — nothing.
You’re disconnected. Going through motions. Watching your life happen instead of living it.
You’ve achieved the external and lost the internal.

OLSLAI is eight weeks to come home to you.
To depth. To your soul.
Not by adding more. Not by doing more. By being more honest about what you’ve been avoiding. By removing what’s numbing you.
From disintegrated to integrated. From aloneness to community. From soulless to soul-led.
What does a soul-led life look like?
You wake up inspired. Your racing thoughts take a back seat to the calm of deep knowing.
You stop performing in your relationships and start asking for and accepting only what you need and desire. You may leave your relationship or marriage. You may leave your job. You may find out that neither have been what you’ve wanted for years. Godspeed.

The Seven Domains of OLSLAI
This is the map for your eight-week journey from fragmentation to integration:
Each domain builds into the next, week by week.
You can’t skip ahead. You can’t bypass the hard ones. This is the work of coming back into your deepest power.
Who this is not for:
This program is not for people looking to keep things surface level.
Or want to have one foot in and one foot out. It’s not for people who need constant validation or hand-holding. And it’s definitely not for anyone looking to maintain the status quo while being gaslit into feeling better about it.

This program is open to men and women.
Here’s your commitment to the program and yourself:

OLSLAI:
The Path
9 live calls starting January 7th
(Sundays + intro)
Daily meditation practice
Eight weeks completely sober
Television off for eight weeks
Social media severely limited
Joining a private Telegram group where I will share ongoing guidance and materials
Showing up to do the actual work fully committed each week
This is life restructuring. It’s paradigm shifting. It’s not your usual “new year/new you” experience.
You’ll do this work alongside others who are done pretending. Done fragmenting. Done waiting for permission to live.
If you’re waiting for a more convenient time to reclaim your soul, you’ll wait forever.
REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED.

OLSLAI VIP Group:
The Wild Ones
6 Spots Only
For those who want more direct access and deeper support through the transformation.
Everything in the core program plus:
Two intimate small-group VIP calls
(max 6 people)
Two private 1:1 calls with Traver
Direct access to Traver in private VIP Telegram group
First access to the curated OLSLAI in person workshop at my home in October
There’s nowhere to hide with so few people and a direct spotlight. You’ll get called out when you’re performing, confronted when you’re deflecting, and held when you finally let yourself crack open. The 1:1 calls aren’t therapy—they’re my dark-adapted eyes looking deeply into you.
We find what’s actually keeping you small and we deal with it directly. No hand-holding. The Wild Ones name isn’t cute—it’s a warning about what happens when you finally stop domesticating yourself.
REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED.
Enrollment begins December 10th and closes Friday, January 9th at midnight. The real work begins Sunday, January 11th.
If you’re waiting to feel ready, this is your call. Your soul doesn’t wait for convenient timing and speaks to you in whispers.
If you hear the whisper, join us.

About Me
I’ve spent seventy-seven days alone in pitch-black darkness. Once for twenty-eight straight days. This year for forty-nine. I’ve held the hands of the dying in hospice, called all my exes to ask where I failed as a man, and lost everything that mattered to me in the span of a few weeks.
None of this is shared for sympathy or to sound profound. I’m sharing it because we both know that real transformation happens in the dark places most people spend their entire lives avoiding.
After years of watching the consciousness and spirituality worlds devolve into performative nonsense, I decided to bring the same unflinching clarity to these subjects as I brought to my men’s brand and movement. No pretend goddess circles. No “love and light” spiritual bypassing. And no cosplay shamans.
Just radical truth, depth, and clarity.
Sometimes it’s uncomfortable. It’s always worth it.
Drawing from an eclectic background—professional bodyguard, MMA fighter, a Master’s in Traditional Chinese Medicine, meditation teacher—I help people cut through the noise and get to what actually matters: living authentically in a world that rewards anything but.
“I can put my life into two chapters—before and after meeting Traver Boehm. His guidance has shifted everything drastically. I am the man I am today because of him and his teachings.”
“The distance between me and my heart is less every day. Traver has created a roadmap home for me during this time of significant change and growth. Very humbly, life starts over, and doors that once felt closed, begin to open again.”
“I was going to see a psychiatrist twice and month, and all it seems I was doing was getting some affirmation with little practical help from my therapist. I’ve gotten more out of Traver’s course that I did in months of therapy.”

FAQs
When does this program take place?
The OLSLAI Program kickoff call is on January 7, 2026 at 8pm ET. Each subsequent weekly call will be held on Sundays at 12pm ET, 10am MT, 9am PT. Week 1: Sunday, January 11 Week 2: Sunday, January 18 Week 3: Sunday, January 25 Week 4: Sunday, February 1 Week 5: Sunday, February 8 Week 6: Sunday, February 15 Week 7: Sunday, February 22 Wrap-up call: Sunday, March 1
Who is the OLSLAI program for?
This program is open to all human adults, not just men.
What if I can’t make a live call?
All calls will be recorded and emailed to you the following day. They’ll be available for you to watch and rewatch for a full year.
What exactly happens on the calls?
Each call will begin with 10 minutes of guided meditation, then a core teaching section, and live exercises. Calls may involve breakout groups and live group interactions. Each call will conclude with a Q&A section for you to clarify anything that’s unclear.
What does the daily meditation practice entail?
The requirement is 10 minutes a day of either silent, guided by Traver (you will receive a 10 minute OLSLAI specific guided meditation), or you’re free to use a guided meditation of your choosing.
Do I need to be sober before starting or can sobriety begin with the program?
You don’t need to be sober to begin. Sobriety starts when the program starts. That said—this is not a sobriety course. If you’re actively struggling with addiction, seek specific professional support for that first. This work requires you to be clear-headed and present.
What if I have a prescription medication or medical reason I can’t be completely sober?
Please use your prescription medications as directed by your doctor. The idea here is for people who have a habit they want to let go of to use this as an opportunity to do so.
Is there a refund policy?
Full refunds will be granted up to the first call only. I’m looking for people who are fully committed, because I am.
What level of time commitment should I expect beyond the live calls?
You can expect to put in an hour a week beyond the daily meditations. This is not a homework specific course, per se.
What happens in the Telegram group?
I will use the Telegram group to add additional resources to the program. Comments will be turned off so the group chat doesn’t turn into a shit show…which tends to happen in programs like this.
What if I slip up on one of the commitments (have a drink, watch TV, etc.)?
Begin again. Perfection isn’t the goal—full commitment is. We all slip. What matters is how quickly you return to the path. The work isn’t about being perfect, it’s about being honest.
What’s the difference between VIP calls and the core group calls?
In the VIP calls I will be directly coaching the participants. This is where we have hot seats and one-on-one feedback rather than group teachings.
