About this work
I didn’t arrive here academically.
I arrived here by walking through it myself.
After my marriage ended, I spent years going directly into the territory — intimacy, BDSM, polarity, eros, sexuality, and deep shadow work, the edges of everything I thought I knew about myself as a man. I’ve spent 77 days in total isolation and complete darkness and know a thing or two about the sexual shadow.
Not as conquest. Not as performance.
As inquiry.
What came out the other side was a rare map — of where high-performing men get lost, and what it actually takes to come back.
